GENERAL CONTRACTED CONDITIONS

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Tourism Dirham Fee is AED 10 per bedroom per night, i.e. AED 10 for 1 Bedroom, AED 20 for 2 Bedroom, AED 30 for 3 Bedrooms. It is charged by the hotel on all stays at check-out.

RATES VALIDITY

Rates are for individual bookings up to 9 rooms only, with a maximum length of stay of 25 nights only.

NEW YEAR POLICY

Minimum length of stay is 4 nights for all reservations with check-in on 29th Dec and 1st Jan (both dates inclusive).

No check-in on 30th and 31st Dec.

MEAL POLICY

Half board (BB + Lunch or Dinner), Full Board (BB + Lunch + Dinner).

ACCOMMODATION FEATURES

1 Baby cot per apartment free of charge.

EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY: In the event that a guest will depart earlier than booked, the hotel will consider this as cancellation and full amount of reservation will be charged.

NAME CHANGES: No guest name changes will be accepted by the hotel. Any name change to an existing booking will result in a change of rate to the one available at the time of the amendment.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT POLICY

Check-in is at 15:00 hrs. and Check-out time is 12:00 hrs. noon.

Check in before 9:00 hrs. Will be subject to availability and paid by the guest upon arrival.

For late check-out between 12:00 hrs. to 18:00hrs. 50% charge of the room rate of the day will be applicable.

For late check-out after 18:00 hrs. 1 night room rate of the day will be applicable.

Early check-in or late check-out rate. This is paid by the guest and not covered by the Supplier, based on the Best Available Rate of the day.

ADDED VALUES

Wi-Fi is inclusive in the Hotel (rooms and hotel premises).
